This Privacy Policy explains how Judge Me AI ("we", "us") handles information when you use the Judge Me AI mobile application ("App").
Photos and names you add to a battle are used only to generate your verdict and, if you choose, to create a shareable result card. Where the App offers AI-generated verdicts, only the category and participant names are sent to our verdict service — photos are not uploaded for AI judging.
We don't require an account to use core features, and we don't sell your personal information.
Photos you add are stored on your device for your history and share cards. Saving a result image to your Photos library only happens when you tap Save, and requires your permission.
If you choose to share a result card, the image and any caption are handled by the share sheet or app you select (e.g. Messages, Instagram) — we don't post anything on your behalf.
We may use limited, privacy-respecting analytics to understand app usage and improve the App. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
